'Hygge' is a collection of relaxing, lightly orchestrated guitar pieces (solo guitar versions of 'Sweet Dreams', 'Sicilian Dream' and 'Flying High' can be found on the album 'Home').

Hygge (pronounced hoo-guh) is a Danish way of maintaining happiness and well-being. It has variously been translated as, 'The art of creating intimacy' to 'cosiness of the soul' to 'taking pleasure in the presence of soothing things'. It was only recently that I discovered the Danes had a word for an atmosphere and vibe that I have been aiming to create when composing music.

I hope that I have succeeded, at least to some extent, in evoking this mood for you, the listener.
